Where We Ship
We ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom — England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not currently offer international shipping.
If a delivery address outside the UK is provided at checkout, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued without delay.
Where Your Order Ships From
Our inventory is held at a dedicated warehousing facility in Pakistan — a globally recognised hub for premium textile manufacturing. All orders are dispatched directly from this facility to your UK delivery address.
While our registered office is in Essex, your parcel originates in Pakistan and travels through international postal and customs channels before arriving at your door.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be picked up on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer — we will always communicate any meaningful delays.
Customs & Import
As parcels are dispatched from Pakistan, they are subject to UK customs clearance. In the vast majority of cases, orders pass through without any issue.
- – All shipments are declared accurately in compliance with UK customs regulations.
- – Applicable customs duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility, though these are rarely applied for personal clothing orders below standard thresholds.
- – If your parcel is held by customs, we will work with you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Tracking Your Order
As parcels are dispatched from Pakistan, they are subject to UK customs clearance. In the vast majority of cases, orders pass through without any issue.
- – Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your unique tracking number.
- – Use that number on the relevant courier’s website to follow your parcel in real time.
- – If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.
Failed Delivery and Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re delivery — additional shipping charges may apply.
We are unable to accept responsibility for parcels lost or delayed as a result of incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 25 working days of your dispatch confirmation, please get in touch with us at info@thehoodiemaker.co.uk. We will open an investigation with the courier on your behalf.
Should the parcel be confirmed lost, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement shipment at no additional cost. Parcels are not considered lost until 25 working days have passed from the dispatch date.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and selected shipping method. The final cost is always clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. We occasionally run free shipping promotions — keep an eye on www.thehoodiemaker.co.uk for the latest offers.
